Over the past 4 decades Carroll has remained Richmond’s ‘Fan’ area expert in old plumbing.
Carroll Plumbing & Heating, Inc. originally began servicing clients back in 1968. In 1988 we
added our HVAC department to fill the needs of our customers who also wanted a reliable
company to help with their heating and cooling needs.
Though plumbing & HVAC work is not the most glamorous work we take pride in doing the job
right the first time to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We stay informed with rules,
regulations, and the newest and most efficient products in the market.
Carroll Plumbing & Heating, Inc holds a Class A Contractors License #2701 031639A in the
Commonwealth of Virginia. Most of our mechanics hold Master Plumbers, Gas Fitters, and/or
HVAC mechanics licenses. We pride ourselves on being members of the Better Business
Bureau-BBB, The National Federation of Independent Business- NFIB, Plumbing & Mechanical
Professionals of Virginia- PMPV, Plumbing - Heating - Cooling Contractors Association - PHCC,
and National Association of the Remodeling Industry- NARI. We stay informed of the latest
changes in the industry. We are also recognized as a Qualified Gas Contractor as well as an
authorized installer of Rinnai, Ruud, State Water Heaters, & A.O.Smith equipment.
In Winter 2008, we introduced our new branding to the public. Our website is an indication of
our updated branding and our continued growth in Richmond, Virginia. We thank you for
